Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 3–5 years of HR experience in generalist roles. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency with HRIS systems and G Suite/Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Respond to employee questions regarding onboarding, orientation, and HR processes. Support engagement initiatives and team-building efforts. Manage the onboarding process for new hires. Assist with offboarding processes. Maintain, review, and update HR policies and the employee handbook. Create and maintain HR documentation, guides, and templates. Assist managers with performance review processes and documentation. Support employee development initiatives. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and databases. Generate HR reports and basic metrics. Participate in HR projects. Recommend and implement HR process efficiencies.
