Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. 6+ years of finance experience (corporate finance, consulting, or high-growth tech). 1+ years of people management experience. Strong analytical, modeling, and Excel skills. Experience with business intelligence tools (Mode, Looker, Power BI) preferred. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail. SaaS experience is a plus but not required. Critical thinking, self-motivation, adaptability, and organized approach.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, scenario analysis). Build financial models and provide actionable insights for decision-making. Develop and deliver financial commentary, presentations, and reports. Drive improvements in financial operations and reporting processes. Collaborate cross-functionally on initiatives like commission structures and ROI analysis. Partner with executives on long-term financial planning and strategic decision analysis. Mentor and develop junior finance team members.
