Requirements

  • 6+ years of overall professional experience, ideally in technology, analytics, and project work.
  • 2-4 years experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or equivalent strategy/operations role.
  • Strong analytical and data fluency, including advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  • Experience building predictive models or forecasts.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and impose structure.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (business, economics, or STEM field preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Operate with high autonomy on ambiguous growth challenges.
  • Demonstrate strategic ownership of growth initiatives end-to-end.
  • Act as a cross-functional integrator with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance.
  • Combine analytical rigor with operational excellence.
  • Lead and deliver high-impact strategic projects.
  • Own project outcomes and timelines.
  • Serve as a thought partner to senior leadership.
  • Conduct rigorous, analytics-heavy problem solving.
  • Dive deep into marketing and sales data to uncover trends and diagnose performance issues.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and analytical reports.
  • Leverage data visualization tools and statistical techniques.
  • Build and steer cross-functional project teams.
  • Coordinate resources and expertise across departments.
  • Act as the connective tissue between teams.
  • Influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Develop frameworks to link marketing activities to outcomes.
  • Continuously monitor campaign and channel performance data.
  • Work closely with Revenue Operations and Finance on forecasting and target-setting.
  • Champion a culture of test-and-learn.
