Associate Director of Biostatistics (Remote from Georgia)

Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field 7+ years of experience in clinical trial biostatistics, preferably within oncology Strong expertise in survival analysis, censoring, and other advanced statistical techniques Experience in study design innovation, power calculations, and simulation approaches Proven track record in mentoring and developing junior staff Excellent communication skills to clearly convey complex statistical concepts Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams Familiarity with NGS, ctDNA, and molecular oncology preferred

Lead and mentor a team of biostatisticians Direct biostatistical contributions to oncology clinical validation projects Develop and implement novel statistical methods and simulation approaches Produce, review, and standardize high-quality documentation Identify risks, communicate concerns, and propose solutions Manage collaborations with CROs Continuously improve team efficiency and effectiveness
