Requirements:
6+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or technical consulting with enterprise-level SaaS or infrastructure accounts. Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps practices, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform. Strategic mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with executive stakeholders. Project management experience. Problem-solving and proactive approach. Data-driven mindset. Startup-compatible, hands-on attitude. SQL skills (bonus).
Responsibilities:
Own customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal for strategic accounts. Develop relationships with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and DevOps leaders. Drive value realization through success metrics and measurable outcomes. Monitor customer health and mitigate churn risks. Shape customer success programs. Serve as a technical expert and provide product feedback. Facilitate Customer Advisory Boards.
