Requirements:
Minimum 4 years working with Salesforce. At least 3 years specializing in CPQ and Billing projects. Experience leading large-scale transformation projects. Expertise in Salesforce reporting and sales performance analytics. Knowledge of integration concepts and tools (MuleSoft, Workato, REST/SOAP APIs). Strong ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences. Proven skills in mentoring and guiding cross-functional teams. In-depth knowledge of Sales, Product Management, Billing, and Accounting workflows. Familiarity with Channel, Partner, and Marketplace go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities:
Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions for Revenue Cloud, including CPQ and Invoicing. Create detailed architectural blueprints with integrations and customizations. Analyze and optimize existing Quote-to-Cash workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and roadmaps. Lead the implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions. Oversee technical execution of implementation phases. Utilize Salesforce-native tools for Product Catalog, Transaction, Revenue Orchestration, and Invoice Management. Manage integration of Salesforce with enterprise systems. Stay current with Salesforce updates and industry trends. Recommend new features and processes to enhance workflows.
