Requirements:
Minimum 4 years working with Salesforce. At least 3 years specializing in CPQ and Billing projects. Experience leading large-scale transformation projects in enterprise settings. Solid understanding of accounting operations (billing, invoicing, revenue recognition). Familiarity with financial metrics (ACV, TCV, ARR) and their calculations. Hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and e-signature tools. Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms (Netsuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign, etc.). Proficient in Salesforce configuration (objects, flows, Lightning components). Experience building custom quoting and pricing solutions on Salesforce. Familiarity with Apex and Omniscript is a plus. Expertise in Salesforce reporting and dashboards. Knowledge of integration concepts and tools (MuleSoft, Workato, REST/SOAP APIs). Strong communication skills to present technical concepts to diverse audiences. Proven team leadership skills. Ability to identify and communicate risks. In-depth knowledge of Sales, Product Management, Billing, and Accounting workflows. Familiarity with Channel, Partner, and Marketplace go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities:
Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions for Revenue Cloud, focusing on CPQ and Invoicing. Create detailed architectural blueprints including integrations and customizations. Analyze and optimize existing Quote-to-Cash workflows. Develop solutions to improve sales performance and revenue operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and roadmaps. Lead implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions. Oversee technical execution of implementation phases. Utilize Salesforce-native tools for Product Catalog Management, Transaction Management, etc. Manage integration of Salesforce with enterprise systems. Stay current with Salesforce updates and industry trends. Recommend new features and processes for workflow enhancement.
