Minimum 4 years working with Salesforce. At least 3 years specializing in CPQ and Billing projects. Experience leading large-scale transformation projects. Solid understanding of accounting operations (billing, invoicing, payment processing, revenue recognition). Familiarity with financial metrics (ACV, TCV, ARR). Hands-on experience with Document Generation, CLM, and e-signature solutions. Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms (e.g., Netsuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign). Proficient in Salesforce configuration (objects, flows, Lightning components). Experience building custom quoting and pricing solutions. Familiarity with Apex and Omniscript is a plus. Expertise in Salesforce reporting and sales performance analytics. Knowledge of integration concepts and tools (MuleSoft, Workato, REST/SOAP APIs). Strong ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences. Proven skills in mentoring and guiding cross-functional teams. In-depth knowledge of Sales, Product Management, Billing, and Accounting workflows. Familiarity with Channel, Partner, and Marketplace go-to-market strategies.
