Minimum 4 years working with Salesforce. At least 3 years specializing in CPQ and Billing projects. Experience leading large-scale transformation projects in enterprise settings. Solid understanding of accounting operations (billing, invoicing, revenue recognition). Familiarity with financial metrics (ACV, TCV, ARR) and their calculations. Hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and e-signature tools. Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms (Netsuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign, etc.). Proficient in Salesforce configuration (objects, flows, Lightning components). Experience building custom quoting and pricing solutions on Salesforce. Familiarity with Apex and Omniscript is a plus. Expertise in Salesforce reporting and dashboards. Knowledge of integration concepts and tools (MuleSoft, Workato, REST/SOAP APIs). Strong communication skills to present technical concepts to diverse audiences. Proven team leadership skills. Ability to identify and communicate risks. In-depth knowledge of Sales, Product Management, Billing, and Accounting workflows. Familiarity with Channel, Partner, and Marketplace go-to-market strategies.
