Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in a strategic, funding-focused, workforce development, or educational environment. Deep understanding of the nonprofit sector. Demonstrated ability to interpret complex funding structures, policy language, and program requirements. Exceptional writing and communication skills. Strong analytical skills and a systems-thinking mindset. Highly organized with excellent project management abilities. Relationship-driven, collaborative, and comfortable serving as a strategic thought partner. High degree of adaptability.

Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to partners navigating funding landscapes. Analyze state, federal, and local grants to identify alignment opportunities. Develop persuasive narratives and program recommendations connecting partner outcomes and Transfr's solutions. Support partners through all stages of the funding process. Act as a cross-functional connector ensuring alignment on funding strategy. Build and maintain regional funding strategies and intelligence. Monitor emerging policies and workforce initiatives. Support Customer Success and partners post-award for sustainability. Accountability for regional performance by partnering with Sales to support pipeline progression.
