Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in channel management, partner-led sales and business development. Experienced in Channel/Sales in a SaaS-based company. Proven track record of successfully managing and growing channel partner relationships. Experienced in building business and marketing plans with Partners. Well-organized, proactive, goal-oriented, and able to prioritize. Ability to operate both at a strategic and hands-on level. Good communication skills in English. Nimble and agile team player.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential channel partners. Develop and execute recruitment strategies for new partners. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners. Act as the main point of contact for partners. Organize meetings, business reviews, and performance assessments. Develop and deliver training programs for partners. Provide ongoing support and resources to partners. Collaborate with partners on joint business plans. Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics. Achieve sales targets and revenue goals through partner management. Gather market insights from partners. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
