Systems & Infrastructure Engineer

5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration. Deep expertise with Windows Server Administration (2012 and later). Strong knowledge of Cisco ASA firewalls, Cisco switching/routing. Active Directory (AD) administration, including group policy management and Windows DNS configuration. Familiarity with Oracle Database environments. Experience with VMware services (data center virtualization and Horizon).

Act as primary owner for the PatientKeeper Windows server environment (2012 and later). Manage Cisco ASA firewalls and Cisco switching/routing infrastructure. Build and maintain site-to-site and client VPN tunnels. Responsible for Active Directory infrastructure, including new network configurations and Windows DNS. Provide administration and operational support for the Oracle DBA environment. Maintain security policies and ensure integrity of the internal access management directory.
