- Collaborate with the Manager of Systems to align system strategies with firmwide objectives.
- Design, implement, and manage core systems, including compute, networks, storage, Exchange, Active Directory, Group Policy, and virtual servers.
- Administer and support cloud-based platforms including Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and AWS.
- Manage Citrix VDI, load balancing systems, and SSL certificate management.
- Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.
- Provide expert-level escalation support for complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including processes and procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate security vulnerabilities and support integration efforts.
