Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 4 - 5+ years of HRBP experience in a fast-paced and high-growth environment. Ability to review, analyze and tell a story with data to influence and drive the business. Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Willingness to flex between high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Self-driven and able to work autonomously. Focus on agility and working effectively with different people, departments, and levels. Demonstrated history of influencing senior level business leaders in HR best practices. Dynamic interpersonal skills including influencing, coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution. Compelling and naturally persuasive communicator. Demonstrated competence in supporting multiple projects simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communications skills, and executive presence.
Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with business leaders to create and execute organizational and people strategies. Partner with leaders to evaluate and impact organizational health using data. Support evolving global teams through growth and change. Interpret and provide guidance to leaders utilizing qualitative and quantitative data. Drive performance management initiatives. Design and implement organizational or enterprise-wide solutions. Build processes and standards for efficient people operations. Collaborate with COE Partners to deliver work. Investigate escalated employee concerns and resolve employee relations issues. Provide policy guidance and interpretation. Develop and provide training on HR-related topics. Mitigate risk and ensure compliance with regulations.
