5+ years in a technical leadership role 3+ years in an Engineering Manager role Experience managing three or more engineering teams, including experience managing Managers Technical depth to serve as a partner to engineers and challenge technical direction Experience with a JVM-based product Proven track record of successfully leading complex product and team initiatives Strong product and business mindset Self-motivated and self-managing with excellent organizational skills Experience in leading and growing software teams and engineers Excellent collaboration and communication skills
