Lead across multiple teams in an organization of 20-30 people Grow and build new squads as needed Manage Tech Leads, Senior Engineers, and 2-3 Engineering Managers Accountable for technical and delivery outcomes Support and develop engineering talent Create an inclusive team environment Structure, organize, support, and challenge teams to deliver their mission Foster a high bar for engineering excellence Drive technical initiatives to raise engineering practices Build strong stakeholder relationships Contribute to company-wide managerial and technical best practices
