Responsibilities

  • Quickly engage inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, email, social)
  • Build rapport, uncover needs, and persuasively present the value of a consultation
  • Handle objections professionally and guide prospective clients toward booking and payment
  • Maintain high outreach activity levels and follow up persistently with warm leads
  • Track all interactions in our CRM with accuracy
  • Manage scheduling calendars and follow up with leads requiring reminders or additional information
  • Act as the bridge between potential clients and the consultation team
  • Consistently hit and exceed daily/weekly performance goals
  • Provide structured feedback to Marketing and Consultation Specialists on lead quality
  • Uphold empathy and professionalism in every interaction
