Requirements

- Strong persuasive communication skills
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding booking or sales quotas
- Skilled in navigating CRM and messaging platforms
- Organized, disciplined, and resilient
- Growth mindset, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Responsibilities
- Quickly engage inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, email, social)
- Build rapport, uncover needs, and persuasively present the value of a consultation
- Handle objections professionally and guide prospective clients toward booking and payment
- Maintain high outreach activity levels and follow up persistently with warm leads
- Track all interactions in our CRM with accuracy
- Manage scheduling calendars and follow up with leads requiring reminders or additional information
- Act as the bridge between potential clients and the consultation team
- Consistently hit and exceed daily/weekly performance goals
- Provide structured feedback to Marketing and Consultation Specialists on lead quality
- Uphold empathy and professionalism in every interaction
