Build, manage, and troubleshoot daily and weekly schedules using LMN Coordinate job assignments for English and Spanish-speaking crews Ensure schedules and jobs are fully prepared for the following day Resolve scheduling conflicts, gaps, or last-minute changes Maintain accurate data in LMN, CRM systems, and internal trackers Support implementation and ongoing use of HubSpot as the CRM Keep files, Google Workspace, and internal documentation organized Identify system inefficiencies and recommend improvements Support onboarding and internal training on LMN workflows Conduct or assist with LMN trainings in Spanish for field teams Build simple guides, reports, presentations, and employee instructions Manage email correspondence with clients and vendors Handle inbound VOIP calls and route or resolve inquiries Conduct cold outreach and follow-up for HOAs and real estate agents
