Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of outbound calling experience (B2B)
- Proven past track record of booking at least 30 qualified appointments per month
- High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps)
- Noise-free remote workspace
- Ability to work US Central Time without overlap issues
- Experience in using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Proficient in using MS Office tools – mainly Excel
Responsibilities
- Make 80–120 outbound calls per day to business decision-makers
- Set 3–5 qualified appointments daily for the sales team
- Log all call outcomes and follow-up tasks in the CRM
- Use email and LinkedIn to confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
- Report daily call and appointment metrics to the manager
