Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of outbound calling experience (B2B) Proven past track record of booking at least 30 qualified appointments per month High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps) Noise-free remote workspace Ability to work US Central Time without overlap issues Experience in using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar Proficient in using MS Office tools – mainly Excel
Responsibilities:
Make 80–120 outbound calls per day to business decision-makers Set 3–5 qualified appointments daily for the sales team Log all call outcomes and follow-up tasks in the CRM Use email and LinkedIn to confirm appointments and reduce no-shows Report daily call and appointment metrics to the manager
