Cloud & Security Manager

5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud-based solutions 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role Strong knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure (optional) and Google Cloud (optional) Deep understanding of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS solutions Demonstrable experience in Managing Security services and projects Proven leadership skills managing cross-functional teams Good business sense and ability to align technical solutions with business objectives Experience managing cloud architectures and infrastructure Proficiency in cloud automation and orchestration tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or similar Experience in cloud security management, compliance policies, and risk management Excellent communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect) are a plus Experience with agile methodologies and work in an agile development environment

Lead and manage a high-performing cloud engineering team Define and execute the cloud engineering strategy Oversee the end-to-end delivery of cloud projects Collaborate with senior management on the cloud services roadmap Develop and maintain strong customer relationships Drive process improvements within the cloud engineering team Manage resource allocation and hiring Ensure cloud infrastructure is scalable, resilient, and secure Oversee budgetary and financial management of cloud projects Lead by example, fostering a culture of innovation and learning Work closely with other departments Keep up with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing
