- Own full-cycle GTM hiring for a tech scale-up
- Act as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers and leadership
- Build and manage pipelines while delivering outstanding candidate experience
- Use data to forecast hiring needs, anticipate challenges, and drive solutions
- Collaborate with the pplwise team to share insights, unblock delivery, and ensure quality
