Requirements

  • Proven experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting role.
  • Exceptional skills in data manipulation, cleaning, and visualization.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Experience with analytics platforms and dashboard administration (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, internal tools).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps, capable of supporting work during a power outage.
  • Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th gen+) or i3 (10th gen+) or AMD Ryzen 5 (or equivalent) and 8 GB RAM.
  • Functional backup device meeting or exceeding Intel Core i3 performance and functional during power interruptions.
  • Functioning webcam.
  • Noise-canceling USB headset.
  • Quiet, dedicated home office space.
  • Smartphone for communication and verification.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming support requests (tickets) from partners.
  • Resolve Tier 1 issues and escalate Tier 2 technical or complex operational problems.
  • Handle partner-related administrative tasks, including license adjustments and product entitlement management.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues covering product functionality and operational workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver timely and thorough solutions.
