Requirements
- Proven experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting role.
- Exceptional skills in data manipulation, cleaning, and visualization.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Experience with analytics platforms and dashboard administration (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, internal tools).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps, capable of supporting work during a power outage.
- Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th gen+) or i3 (10th gen+) or AMD Ryzen 5 (or equivalent) and 8 GB RAM.
- Functional backup device meeting or exceeding Intel Core i3 performance and functional during power interruptions.
- Functioning webcam.
- Noise-canceling USB headset.
- Quiet, dedicated home office space.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming support requests (tickets) from partners.
- Resolve Tier 1 issues and escalate Tier 2 technical or complex operational problems.
- Handle partner-related administrative tasks, including license adjustments and product entitlement management.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues covering product functionality and operational workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver timely and thorough solutions.
