Sr. Designer

Bachelor's Degree in graphic design, fine arts, or equivalent experience. Expert knowledge in Figma, Adobe’s Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), and After Effects. Portfolio demonstrating strong understanding of design principles, visual design, layout, typography, and UI/UX. Up-to-date experience with web protocols, standards, and technologies. Proficiency in Figma is a must. Excellent organizational skills. Meticulous attention to detail. Problem-solving abilities and self-driven approach to mastering new technologies. Ability to work seamlessly in collaborative and independent environments. Effective communication, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines. Energetic, engaged, collaborative, and highly productive work style. Outstanding skills in typography, layout, and composition. Natural curiosity, strong desire to learn, and growth mindset.

Create visual assets and graphics for digital and print collateral, social media, packaging, and more. Collaborate with the Art Director to develop and maintain a consistent brand identity. Contribute to the development of creative strategies. Ensure design work meets brand standards and quality requirements. Stay updated on industry trends and design technologies.
