Sr. Instructional Designer

Knowledge of Instructional Design standard methodologies. Proven ability to craft effective and engaging learning content. Ability to communicate abstract or technical information to technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to identify best learning delivery formats for specific objectives. Collaboration skills and teamwork. Attention to design aesthetics and visual detail. Knowledge of content development tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, Miro, Figma, Adobe Suite, Zoom, Clueso, Parta.io. 3-5+ years learning design or instructional design experience in a software/Saas setting.

Define training requirements, learning goals, and user needs for customers and partners. Craft and build learning and credentialing experiences in various formats (online, audio, video, live training). Leverage AI-based content authoring and multimedia tools for rapid content development. Evolve and improve instructional development processes and tooling. Solicit and provide content reviews for effectiveness. Become an expert in customer and partner needs, keeping up with product and process changes. Design and write engaging assessments and certification questions. Collaborate with the Education team and stakeholders to shape content for live training and events.
