Conduct daily meetings with district leaders to generate new business. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities. Build and maintain a pipeline of target districts. Generate new job orders across various education support roles. Develop strong, long-term partnerships with district leadership. Conduct onsite assessments to uncover staffing needs. Serve as the local market representative for Aya Education. Partner with Account Managers to ensure job orders are filled. Work closely with internal teams to support account growth. Maintain accurate documentation of activities in HubSpot. Educate districts on platform value and support onboarding. Track and report on competitive activity and hiring trends. Identify patterns in staffing and hiring for strategic insights. Represent Aya Education at conferences and regional events. Deliver presentations to school leadership. Increase awareness of Aya's staffing solutions.
