Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in relationship management, account management or similar roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and work streams simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- High level of organization and professionalism
- Comfort with data-driven marketing practices
- Ability to handle nebulous problems and shifting priorities
- High EQ, trustworthy, and calm under pressure
- Strong understanding of financial systems, markets, technology, and banking
Responsibilities
- Lead the institution activation process
- Be a strategic partner to clients
- Oversee joint marketing activations
- Provide ongoing support to clients
- Regularly check in on client usage
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Work with teams to develop strategies for increasing client engagement
- Identify and communicate upsell opportunities
- Gather and communicate client feedback on the product
