Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. 7+ years of progressive experience in European tax, preferably within fintech, payments, technology, or multinational companies. Strong technical understanding of EU corporate tax frameworks, VAT, cross-border transaction taxation, withholding tax, transfer pricing, and EU directives (DAC6/MDR, ATAD, PSD, Interest & Royalties Directive). Experience managing tax compliance across multiple European jurisdictions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills in English. Experience with ERP systems and tax automation tools; SAP experience is highly valued. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments.
