Understanding of API architectures, including REST and SOAP. Expertise in real-time communication patterns (Webhooks vs. WebSockets). Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization frameworks, including OAuth 2.0. Proven ability in rapid prototyping, technical troubleshooting, and leading complex integration projects. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience creating high-quality technical documentation, training materials, and enablement resources. Proficiency with modern sales and development tools, including Salesforce and generative AI platforms. Writes and speaks fluent English.

Lead the technical sales cycle for strategic partnerships. Scope, plan, and lead technical proof-of-concept (POC) projects. Act as the primary technical advisor for partners. Develop and maintain technical enablement materials. Create and improve scalable resources, like the 'Remote API Demo' application. Serve as a subject matter expert on Remote’s API and integration capabilities. Act as a key technical liaison between partners, sales, product, and engineering teams. Translate partner and customer requirements into detailed product and business requirements. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Solutions Architect function.
