8+ years in SaaS professional services or consulting BSc/BEng or higher degree in Computer Science, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience 5+ years implementing and leading enterprise, global SaaS projects Expertise in creating and managing Web Services (REST/SOAP/WSDL) Ability to explain highly technical concepts and functionality in a simple, easy to understand way Expertise with CCaaS provider solutions, Salesforce and other CRM experience
