Act as the primary legal advisor to Americas sales teams on Terms of Service negotiation, contract redlining, and commercial agreement reviews. Provide legal support to EMEA sales teams as needed. Draft and negotiate partnership agreements and channel/reseller agreements. Partner with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams to structure and review commercial agreements. Develop and improve templates, playbooks, and knowledge resources for commercial transactions. Provide legal training and guidance to internal stakeholders, particularly sales teams.
