Requirements

  • Proven expertise in supporting commercial transactions, enterprise-level SaaS agreements, Terms of Service negotiations, and sales contract reviews.
  • Experience supporting sales teams in the Americas is highly valued.
  • Partnership and channel/reseller agreement experience is a strong plus.
  • Solid commercial drafting skills are critical.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to develop creative, practical solutions.
  • Sharp commercial instincts and strategic thinking.
  • Prior background or experience negotiating data protection agreements, or working knowledge of data protection laws—especially U.S. data protection laws and regulations—would be a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Outstanding ability to build trusted relationships with sales stakeholders while maintaining independent legal judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary legal advisor to Americas sales teams on Terms of Service negotiation, contract redlining, and commercial agreement reviews.
  • Provide legal support to EMEA sales teams as needed.
  • Draft and negotiate partnership agreements and channel/reseller agreements.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams to structure and review commercial agreements.
  • Develop and improve templates, playbooks, and knowledge resources for commercial transactions.
  • Provide legal training and guidance to internal stakeholders, particularly sales teams.
