Legal Counsel (AMER)

Law Degree and Bar Admission to at least one jurisdiction in the U.S. 1-3 years of experience in reviewing and redlining contracts SaaS or fast-paced tech experience providing in-house support to enterprise sales teams is an asset Prior negotiation experience with complex corporate agreements Strong understanding of commercial contracting and legal processes Broad and in-depth specialized knowledge of AMER legal framework Some knowledge of EMEA and APAC topics is preferred Excellent English language skills Great legal research, redlining, negotiation and communication skills Ability to analyze needs and provide creative solutions Reliable and accurate working style with attention to detail Ability to work independently with little supervision Understands complex legal and business processes High motivation to build projects from scratch Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Draft, redline, negotiate, and review SaaS enterprise sales contracts Advise on legal principles related to data privacy, IP, information security, and corporate risk mitigation Review and negotiate partnership agreements Assist with review and negotiation of procurement and marketing contracts Support U.S. employment and labor law topics Provide legal advice on new product initiatives subject to U.S. regulation Support legal team training and documentation Assist with administrative tasks and projects Conduct legal research Participate in yearly legal review and improvement processes
