Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or PMP certification preferred. 5+ years of experience in project management, legal operations, or compliance operations. Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, HHS OIG, CMS, and data privacy laws. Proficiency with project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, Google Sheets) and legal operations systems (CLM tools). Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proven stakeholder management and change-management capabilities. Self-driven with strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute legal and compliance projects. Support strategic initiatives and regulatory compliance programs like GDPR. Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies. Track risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Develop and maintain operational frameworks and workflows. Provide reporting and analysis on project status.
