5+ years of experience as a People Partner in fast-paced, high-growth environments, ideally supporting GTM leadership. Strong business acumen with the curiosity to deeply understand Vanta’s business model. Track record of building strong relationships, influencing decisions, and using sound judgment. Expertise across core PBP domains including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational health. Exceptional project management skills. Data-fluent and insight-driven. Resourceful and action-oriented. Comfortable with ambiguity.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted thought partner, consultant, and coach to leaders across Solutions Engineering and Revenue Operations. Be the primary point of contact on all people-related matters for SE & RevOps team members. Provide guidance on performance management, change management, employee relations, talent planning, career development, and manager enablement. Collect and analyze data to generate insights and provide recommendations. Assess organizational health and effectiveness. Lead project management and execution of key People programs like performance reviews and compensation processes. Build and implement scalable programs and policies to attract, develop, and retain talent.
