Serve as a trusted thought partner, consultant, and coach to leaders across Solutions Engineering and Revenue Operations. Be the primary point of contact on all people-related matters for SE & RevOps team members. Provide guidance on performance management, change management, employee relations, talent planning, career development, and manager enablement. Collect and analyze data to generate insights and provide recommendations. Assess organizational health and effectiveness. Lead project management and execution of key People programs like performance reviews and compensation processes. Build and implement scalable programs and policies to attract, develop, and retain talent.
