Strong organizational, project, and program coordination skills with high attention to detail. Creative mindset with the ability to propose new ideas for territory-specific campaigns. Data-driven approach to marketing, using performance metrics and insights. Experience supporting budget management activities. Excellent communication and writing skills. Comfort working in an all-remote, asynchronous environment as a self-directed 'manager of one'. Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and project management tools; experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and GitLab is a plus.
