4+ years of experience in analytics, customer insights, data science, or data-driven consulting. Excellent SQL skills for querying and optimizing large datasets. Experience with Python for data analysis and automation. Ability to model data and build efficient analytics pipelines. Strong statistical knowledge, including A/B test design and evaluation. Familiarity with Google Analytics and event tracking implementation is a plus. Expertise in data visualization tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, or similar BI platforms. Experience with cloud-based data lakes or data warehouses (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake) and analytics engineering tools (e.g., dbt) is advantageous. Strong communication skills for explaining insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. High motivation, proactiveness, and enthusiasm for data and product analytics. English level - at least Upper-Intermediate, both spoken and written.
