Recruit, hire, train and manage a team of Clinical Specialists and 1099 Case Coverage individuals. Manage day-to-day deployment of staff to maximize efficiency and clinical outcomes. Provide quarterly assessments and reviews, and conduct field rides for coaching. Ensure and manage clinical competence and case sign-off post-training. Support development and delivery of new hire training materials. Coordinate with Sales for case coverage needs and assist in developing clinical team independence. Work cross-functionally with Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, and R&D. Partner with R&D and Marketing on new product launches and market acceptance. Participate in labs for design changes and future product enhancements. Co-manage customer-facing webinars and clinical breakout sessions. Perform other duties as assigned.
