Requirements:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) certified endocrinologist or American Board of Obesity Medicine (ABOM) certification Valid medical license in relevant states or willingness to obtain Minimum of 2 years of clinical management experience of at least 10 clinicians Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with a minimum of 3 years in obesity medicine Masters degree in business administration, public administration, or public health preferred Proven experience in telemedicine practice management Strong understanding of telehealth technologies Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse clinical team Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills High level of empathy and commitment to patient-centered care
Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, mentor, and support a group of 30-40 clinicians. Lead, manage, mentor, and support Clinical Leads. Provide continuous improvement feedback and performance evaluations. Coordinate on projects to improve care delivery and practice efficiency. Facilitate ongoing training and professional development. Review and analyze business data to drive KPI improvements. Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols and standards. Review and analyze clinical data to assess performance. Conduct chart reviews on all clinicians. Promote a positive and inclusive team culture. Promote a supportive and collaborative work environment. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient engagement and satisfaction. Address and resolve patient or clinician concerns. Align clinical strategies with business goals. Participate in strategic initiatives related to growth and technology. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements.
