Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company. Define and implement operations strategy, structure, and processes. Monitor performance to proactively identify efficiency issues and recommend solutions. Maintain a thorough, up-to-date understanding of all operational processes and functions. Provide consistent and effective operational support across the organization. Partner with HR to develop, update, and enforce company policies in alignment with organizational goals. Lead the identification, hiring, training, and mentorship of the operations management team. Identify and cultivate emerging leaders, providing the guidance and development needed to prepare them for management roles. Deliver regular performance insights and operational reports to the COO and senior leadership to support informed decision-making. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
