Requirements:
Minimum 10 years experience effectively managing large-scale, multi-faceted operations with supply/demand components. Ability to formulate and successfully execute upon business unit Key Performance Indicators. Proven ability to effectively apply analytics and business insights to the creation of strategic plans and executive decision-making. Understanding of Data Architecture and Analytics toolkits and languages. Demonstrated success with developing and deploying process improvement and workflow enhancements. Financial acumen to develop and manage pricing strategies. Experience working with Finance to formulate compensation programs. Experience working with Product Managers to deliver requirements. Experience with development of risk management processes designed to detect and prevent fraudulent activities. Ability to promote collaboration and proactively communicate with different stakeholders. Experience in recruiting, outsourcing, and/or talent space is a plus. World-class individual contributor.
Responsibilities:
Build and execute strategy to meet speed and quality expectations. Develop processes to optimize talent supply against demand. Ensure talent satisfaction and outstanding client experience. Formulate solutions to streamline processes for sourcing, screening, and placing talent. Utilize data and analytics for sound business decisions. Motivate and qualify team to deliver upon KPIs. Ensure strong management oversight and collaboration between clients, talent, and core team. Implement a performance framework with effective measures/KPIs. Enhance training materials for high quality standards and best practices. Develop feedback loops between Talent Operations and external processes. Develop procedures to ensure talent sent to clients meets guidelines. Optimize talent screening quality and bandwidth. Strengthen infrastructure within Talent Operations for long-term scalability and client satisfaction.
