VP of Product, HireGlobal - US-Based

Bachelor’s degree required; technical degree preferred. 10+ years of Product Management experience. At least 5+ years in B2B platforms. 3+ years of experience leading Product Managers or managing cross-functional product groups. Proven track record of owning and scaling complex B2B SaaS products (ideally in fintech, payments, HR tech, or payroll). Experience working with third-party system integrations. Comfortable working with SQL or spreadsheets for data analysis. Deep experience using data, research, and experimentation to guide decisions. Ability to collaborate with Design to review wireframes and simplify flows. Extremely high bar for clarity, quality, and detail in product specs. Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Be a world-class individual contributor.

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for HireGlobal. Translate company goals into product objectives. Build product foundation for scaling. Lead prioritization and ensure alignment with business goals. Track progress, remove obstacles, and manage risks. Increase product velocity, stability, and technical quality. Establish a data-driven product delivery model. Enable and mentor Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers. Foster a culture of ownership and customer-centric thinking. Partner with Operations, Compliance, Finance, Support, Sales, and Engineering. Write or refine user stories, problem statements, and PRDs. Break down complex product areas into actionable plans. Apply system-analyst techniques for workflow optimizations.
