Proficient in hotel CRM systems for pipeline and client management. Ability to analyze travel trends, competitor rates, and demand generators to adjust sales tactics. Strong experience negotiating group rates, long-term stay agreements, and corporate preferred contracts. Proven ability to drive occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR through targeted sales efforts. Exceptional at presenting hotel services to corporate clients, and travel managers. Experience working at a tech startup (plus).
