Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Own the Core Services and Platform roadmap Co-author design docs and Hiero Improvement Proposals (HIPs) Prototype to evaluate product ideas Maintain roadmaps and milestones, triage GitHub issues Partner with DAs/DevRel/Engineering to turn builder feedback into requirements Engage the community of builders through office hours, hackathons, etc. Lead launch reviews, incident postmortems, and backward-compatibility plans
