Technical Product Manager

2+ years of proven experience defining and shipping digital products, ideally within complex or regulated environments. Strong skills in MVP definition, roadmap creation, and cross-functional delivery using agile methodologies. Exceptional executive communication skills. Deep understanding of prioritization frameworks and product discovery methodologies. Data-driven decision-making mindset; comfortable establishing metrics strategies and analytics frameworks. Excellent facilitation skills. Strong product sense. Experience navigating open source software evaluation, selection, and integration processes. Experience managing dependencies across engineering, design, and external vendors.

Define and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned to mission and objectives. Apply structured prioritization frameworks to balance user needs, compliance, and technical feasibility. Translate discovery research and policy goals into actionable epics and user stories. Guide the definition and rollout of MVP and future releases. Facilitate sprints, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Partner with stakeholders to balance competing priorities. Manage relationships across program, policy, and technology partners. Facilitate user workshops, demos, and sprint reviews. Establish comprehensive metrics strategy, including leading indicators and performance dashboards. Track and report delivery performance using data-driven metrics. Create single source of truth documentation strategy. Prepare Monthly Project Status Reports. Collaborate on DevSecOps and ATO readiness activities. Navigate open source solutions evaluation and integration. Coordinate technical dependencies across engineering, design, and vendors. Ensure solutions meet FedRAMP, Section 508, and government accessibility standards.
