Technical Product Manager

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems 5+ years in a technical product, systems analysis, engineering, or technical program role Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, APIs, and integrations Experience writing technical requirements and acceptance criteria Ability to translate between business needs and technical details clearly and effectively Experience collaborating with architects and engineering leads on solution design Strong documentation and communication skills Comfort working remotely and collaborating across time zones

Lead technical discovery for new product initiatives Partner with Product Managers to refine scope and requirements Translate product intent into clear technical requirements, acceptance criteria, diagrams, and specifications Collaborate with Engineering on solution design and architectural alignment Provide technical context during estimations and sprint planning Create and maintain internal documentation for services, data flows, APIs, and domain models Surface risks, opportunities, and innovations relevant to architecture and AI capabilities Support Engineering, QA, Customer Success, and Operations with system context
