Own, manage, and expand relationships with existing referral sources across priority markets Monitor inbound referrals and communicate with relevant parties to provide visibility into the referral to admission process Maintain constant dialogue with referral sources when clients are referred to keep them updated throughout the referral process Lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment, and cement community partnerships Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels Attend and lead various educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events Synthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies Work closely with internal partners including marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goal
