3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development Proven track record of identifying, initiating, and qualifying B2B opportunities Strong understanding of the U.S. business environment and B2B conversations Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native-level or near-native fluency required) Self-motivated, resourceful, and goal-oriented Organized and comfortable managing multiple outreach efforts Familiarity with CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and productivity tools Based in LATAM and able to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
