Responsibilities:
Develop and refine internal procedures and workflows. Maintain organized customer and beneficiary documentation. Serve as primary point-of-contact for reimbursement vendors. Track reimbursement request status and ensure timely adjudication. Facilitate proactive outreach to beneficiaries regarding reimbursement status. Review all written correspondence to beneficiaries. Field incoming reimbursement requests. Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders and customers. Maintain data dashboards and associated reporting.
