Bachelor’s degree in a law, business, finance, or related field. Strong sense of ownership with ability to anticipate needs and work independently. Excellent attention to detail and organization. Clear communication skills. Ability to manage cross-functional projects and multiple workflows simultaneously. 3–7+ years of experience in administration/paralegal role in an in-house corporate legal department, large law firm, or similar role. Proficiency with tools like Docusign, Acrobat Pro, Wrike, and Microsoft Word. Experience with contract lifecycle management tools and document management systems.
