Audit deal stages, triage outcomes, and meeting types for alignment. Flag inconsistencies or missing information to Susan. Purge outdated calls. Post a daily tracking summary to Slack. Communicate with setters, concierge, and leadership about data discrepancies. Monitor trends or anomalies in data. Manage duplicates by merging correctly and preventing double-booking. Clean up Scored, VSL, and Negative views sections. Assign/reassign leads to the correct team and setter. Ensure accurate enrollment and team fields.
