Update trackers by Sunday 6pm PST for the entire week and align with HubSpot. Cross-check data between HubSpot, Google Sheets, and Avoma. Audit deal stages, triage outcomes, and meeting types. Flag inconsistencies or missing information. Purge outdated calls. Post a daily tracking summary to Slack. Communicate with setters, concierge, and leadership regarding data discrepancies. Monitor trends or anomalies. Zero out duplicates and merge correctly. Clean Scored, VSL, and Negative views. Assign/reassign leads to the right team & setter. Ensure enrolled/list/team fields + dates are accurate.
