3+ years of work experience in consulting and/or a PE or VC-backed high growth software company. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; MBA strongly preferred. Proven ability to adapt to various levels of responsibilities. Strong management skills with the ability to lead multiple high-priority projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Collaborate with the CEO to execute and advance the company's strategic vision. Translate the vision into actionable plans, initiatives, and metrics. Lead the annual strategic planning process. Drive operational efficiency by identifying areas for improvement and optimizing processes. Serve as a liaison between the CEO, CFO, and leadership team. Work with the leadership team to drive critical growth initiatives. Partner with commercial teams to identify technology-enabled opportunities. Drive cross-functional initiatives. Establish KPIs and metrics to track progress against strategic objectives. Collaborate with the CFO to provide insights and recommendations based on financial data. Provide direct support to the CEO, including preparing for and running key meetings. Develop business cases and implementation plans for new initiatives. Prepare compelling presentations and memos.
