UX Designer

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of professional experience in UX design. Experience supporting Agile teams within an enterprise or complex environment. Demonstrated capability in UX design and user research. Familiarity with prototyping and/or content design is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present design work, rationale, and status updates to stakeholders. Strong organizational and analytical thinking skills. Proven experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Understanding of design system components, patterns, and principles. Experience consuming or contributing to a design system is preferred. Ability to make thoughtful, user-centered design decisions. Portfolio including relevant UX/UI projects and case studies.

Collaborate closely with agile scrum teams to drive innovation and enhance internal product experiences. Translate business objectives and technical capabilities into user-centered design solutions. Contribute design thinking, user insights, and creative problem-solving. Plan and conduct user research activities (usability testing, interviews, surveys). Work closely with product owners, engineers, and cross-functional team members.
