UX Designer

3-4+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UI Designer for complex web applications or SaaS products. Strong portfolio demonstrating design process, problem-solving, and user-centered design solutions. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma preferred). Experience conducting user research (interviews, usability testing, competitive analysis). Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design. Ability to understand technical constraints and collaborate with engineering teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Take ownership of user experience for key workflows (deployment, configuration, accreditation). Work with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to translate complex processes into intuitive designs. Plan and execute user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys). Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs. Incorporate feedback into designs for continuous improvement. Contribute to and work within the existing design system. Partner with product management to define features and engineering to ensure feasibility. Champion user-centered design principles.
