Dynamics 365 Developer & Support Engineer (Remote)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 3+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 development and support Experience in Agile SCRUM delivery environments Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira Proficiency with version control systems such as BitBucket Proven technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and customization Strong understanding of security and compliance best practices within Dynamics 365 Strong experience in C# and .NET Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Competence in SQL Server database management and optimization Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with internal and external systems via REST APIs and Azure services Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to understand business requirements Ability to maintain high standards of system performance, security, and compliance Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences

Design, develop, and enhance Dynamics 365 applications Build and maintain Power Platform components Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C# and .NET Integrate Dynamics 365 with internal and external systems via REST APIs and Azure-based services Monitor CRM performance and proactively resolve operational issues Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for Dynamics CRM applications Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and stakeholders to define requirements Maintain and optimize SQL Server databases supporting Dynamics environments Support ongoing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement
